What are the festival locations?

Where can I register?

You will be able to check in during the Welcome Party, during the Friday classes, and at the beginning of the Friday party until 22:30.

What will the weather be like during the festival?

The weather in the south of Gran Canaria is summery all year round. However, we recommend you bring a sweater because it can get cooler in the evenings.

If you have any doubts, you can always check the forecast in the AEMET website.

What shoes should I wear to the festival?

At Garbo's we recommend wearing dancing shoes or smooth-soled shoes.

In the rest of the areas, we recommend wearing sports shoes.

Classes

Where will the classes take place?

All classes will take place at Garbo's.

Who can attend the Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz classes?

Crazy Pass owners only.

¿Are there levels in the classes?

Yes, this year we will have two levels: Challenger and Social Dancer. You can see the description of both levels at our official website.

Parties

What time do the main parties start?

Friday and Saturday's parties will start at 22:00 and end at 02:00.

Until what time can I enter the parties?

This year we will close the doors at 23:00 and we will not be able to let anyone in after that time.

We are sorry, but we are a small team and we also want to enjoy the parties that we have worked so hard to organize. We can't keep our eyes on the door all night. We hope you understand 🙏

Are there themes for the parties?

Of course! At Mojo Swing we love theme parties. This year we have two main themes:

  • The theme of Friday's party is "Circus World". Clowns, tamers, lions, trapeze artists, tightrope walkers, magicians, jugglers... any character from the circus world will be welcome to our craziest and funniest party 🎪🤡🤹‍♀️
  • The theme for Saturday's party is "The Tropical 60's". Peace, love and swing music come together to create an unforgettable night at our second theme party. Come and enjoy an atmosphere full of bright colors, catchy rhythms and the unique energy of the sixties 🌸✌️

Obviously, you are not obliged to follow the dress code we propose. We promise you a safe space, where you can go as you want, where you will never be judged.

Where will the secret party take place?

Obviously we can't tell you 😉

All you have to do is take your swimsuit, a good towel, plenty of sunscreen, and be before 14:00 at the bus stop in front of the Garbo's.

ATTENTION. This side event is not included in the general passes.

Spa

How can I use my spa pass?

All tickets include a pass to a circuit on the Orquidea Club Spa for you to relax and recover from all that dancing 🛀

You can use the pass between 10:00 a.m. on Thursday and 2:00 p.m. on Monday. The circuit has a duration of 1 hour and a capacity for 20 people. It is not necessary to make a reservation. Just show up and give your name. It will be attended on a first-come, first-served basis.
